Leaders are the people that drive teams, and we believe sometimes Leaders need a little bit more support to fully understand who they are working for and who is working with them. Having experienced Leadership and worked with multi-generational, and many mixes of people our belief is that spending some time here building your teams will benefit your organization many times over as Leaders learn to value and trust their teams. The teams will in turn become more productive and YES you know it - increased production increases return. We provide Leadership support and work within your budget. 

Individuals:

Life is about individual choices and in living with the equation Event +Response =Outcome, and 100% responsibility along with  solution focused coaching and values based teaching. We can help you explore what drives you to achieving those goals. 

Executive profiles – I have worked in organizations with a minimum of 1 employee to a maximum of 250+, multiple divisions and teams in different industries. I have been the person watering the trees, answering the phone, dealing with financing,  you get the message doing what it takes to make things happen. I have also ran marathons and set some pretty lofty goals for myself. I will admit along the way I have suffered burn out and  learned a lot about who I am and what I value.  As I continue through my own life journey I have learned that by staying true to my own values I can help others in their challenges. The struggles are real as people are put into roles they are not ready for, or are stressed by unexpected outcomes. I want to serve others into being better versions of themselves. 

I love to travel, and have volunteered in developing countries like Nepal and Cambodia where I have watched indigenous people being affected by new ways.  I now strive to work towards making a difference with Indigenous people across the globe including Canada. People are changing and collaborating more, I want to help all people keep their culture while moving forward into the future.
