Introducing myself, Penny Trudel as a Professional values-based leader and coach.
After 25+ years working in organizations, I decided to change careers with the intention to help leadership teams by way of consulting. My passion for giving and helping others is real. I have a passion for Values-Based Leadership and am ready to share that by helping others in their own journey. As Deepak Chopra says " There are no extra pieces in the universe. Everyone is here because he or she has a place to fill." I believe that we all serve a place in this world and I am looking forward to helping you or your organization reach your goals and filling your place in the universe.
